Located in Central Business District of Abuja. This project was the design of a mixed use commercial property that has offices, apartments and storefronts. We were able to provide ample parking despite the limited plot size. We also provided an indoor/outdoor pool and gym on the 4th floor which serves as a buffer between the commercial and residential floors of the building.
